Description:

Making chapathi from dough that is refrigerated. You can either make 15, 20 chapathis and refrigerate them (and reheat the chapathis) or refrigerate the dough after making 4 or 5 chapathis and reheat a small amount of the dough and make fresh chapathis. This is the second method.

I'm making chapathi from dough that is refrigerated (I had mentioned this in the description). Dough that is out of the fridge will be cold and hard. When you microwave it for 2 minutes (at 20% power) it'll gradually regain its original texture (sometimes a little softer). The dough will now be soft enough to roll. Microwaving saves about 1 hour (if you're going to let the dough get soft in room temperature).
